Problem with telephone system
We are currently experiencing problems with our telephone system resulting in incoming calls being terminated before we have an opportunity to answer them.
This has been reported to our telecoms supplier but they are having problems finding a solution.
This fault does not affect every call and we are still answering over 100 calls each day.
Patients who are experiencing difficulties are invited to try our bypass number which is 0203 049 8912. This number has only one line attached to it so will get busy.
We have now ordered a new, more modern menu-driven telephone system and this will be installed very soon.
Meanwhile we apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
